My Education and Experience

I have a broad range of education and experience in therapeutic modalities that help bring energy fields into balance and improve the health and wellness of body, mind and spirit.

Sandra’s education includes;

a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Northern Iowa
a Certified Hypnotherapist
studied the ancient Japanese healing art of Reiki and is a Master
a Certified Neurolinguistic Practitioner

Sandra attended a 5 day intensive seminar with author, Shaman, and Sage, Miguel Ruiz who has written several books, the most popular being The Four Agreements.

She has studied and practiced the ancient Chinese method of Qigong Healing under the tutelage of Master Chunyi Lin, Twin Cities Qigong Master and Healer.

Sandra traveled to Ecuador to observe and learn from the medicine men and women in the rain forest.

Mother Sarita, Don Ruiz's mother. A great healer with Don's son.

Mother Sarita, Don Miguel’s mother, now deceased, was a very powerful medicine woman and healer who resided in California. Sandra has studied with Mother Sarita, learning Shamanic tools to assist in emotional and spiritual transformation.

Reconnective Healing Certification with Dr. Eric Pearl, author and healer.

Attended Linda Kohanov’s 7 day workshop, Experiential Learning and Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy utilizing horses and the round pen. Several years incorporated round pen work with a number of clients.

With Carole Hyder, Feng Shui Master, at a spiritual retreat in Mexico. She is an author and teacher in the Twin cities.

Climbed a mountain in Vermont. A spiritual retreat with David Guigly, Somatic Healing Hypnotist

We came to Sandra not knowing much about Reiki (energy work). My daughter was being treated for ADHD and anxiety and none of the traditional treatments were working the way we had hoped.
